December 15, 2019 - This wine sounded interesting when I last visited the winery - ten different clones across two BC locations? I'll bite.
That being said, you really smell the oak influence here...even after a solid decant. Think dark fruit here, also: black raspberry & cherry.
These aromas spill onto the palate with serious earthiness, luscious acid, spice & smoke on the finish.
Uncharacteristic PN with several layers of complexity here ...kept me interested all evening.1 person found this helpful 860 views

Definitely ripe and wrapped in oak but nice acid that should carry it a couple more years.
