  December 21, 2019 - Salmon coloured, just slightly hazy. Very elegant nose with raspberries, orange peel, chalky mineral, and just a hint of "funk". Medium minus bodied with raspberries, some grapefruit and green apples, mineral, quite prominent acidity and a long fresh aftertaste. The palate has a bit of a "typical natural wine" stamp on it. It showed better and gave a more food-friendly impression when served not too cold. While it has many attractive notes, it's score is held down by the palate being a bit too acid-dominated and the fruit a bit on the lean side. 87 pts.
  
  Those who are very much into "natural wines" may very well rate this higher than I did.
