  December 21, 2019 - Wow, what a profound wine!
  Black cherry, black raspberry, pencil lead, herbs, green tobacco, bay leaf, tomato leaf, violets, mineral, coriander, anise; it just unfolds layers and layers of goodness.
  So lithe on the palate, but with great power and structure. A beautiful seamless finish. Cerebral rather than hedonistic.
  With prime ribeye steaks. Thanks for bringing this, Gary!
