  December 25, 2019 - Popped and poured
  Single piece cork
  No seepage. Colour is golden.
  The wine is presenting really well, with a striking pineapple nose.
  Palate has significant acidity, and a nice mouthful of flavours
  Soave can age, no question about it.
  Acidity is similar to riesling.
  Flavours are quite different.
  Drink up.
