  December 26, 2019 - I usually hate VA, but here I felt it makes a better wine and brings this into the third dimension. VA too often hides a clunky bottle of fermenting juice. Oh, and there is texture, too - beautiful texture. Then sour kumquats, bright apricots, briny lemons, and chamomile.
