  October 22, 2019 - 15.4% alcohol. An insanely great showing for this wine. Bricked at the rim, but mostly just a bright, rich cherry color. It was superbly open and profoundly fruity on the nose, with cherry pie and blackberry, along with some creeping tertiary notes and spice. In the mouth, velvety and dripping with fruit. It's incredible that this wine is so fresh at age 45; profoundly delicious. A+
