  December 29, 2019 - Very light gold color with a steady and fine mousse. Persistent bouquet of warm lemon cake, toasted marshmallow, and dry-roasted nuts. I love the balanced dosage (whatever it is) on the palate along with the vibrancy and luxurious texture. The complexity didn’t really start to come out until after an hour open. So delicious now, I’m not sure if it’s worth cellaring for longer but it would be nice to have several to follow over time. 5+12+18+8= 93
