  December 29, 2019 - Sunday night football with Walter (Seahawks vs. 49'ers). Decanted 4 hours. From 375. Dark in color. Cherry brandy and Chinese spices on the nose. Blackberries and dried cherries in the mouth along with figs and a bit of mocha. Somewhat flamboyant and much better than I had expected.
