  October 1, 2019 - AWFUL experience. Cork completely disintegrated. We opened a 2007 BV Georges de Latour later this same year with the same problem, and a third bottle that my dad opened (from 2009) cracked in half but luckily the wine was still potable. I emailed BV directly with a receipt showing it being purchased directly from the vineyard in 2010, yet BV will do absolutely NOTHING to make this right. Will NEVER purchase a BV wine again.
