  January 9, 2020 - Popped and poured. Aroma of bread and cider. Rich baked apple flavor with yeasty notes. Sweet pear finish. Slight sweetness, which I do enjoy in champagne. Not flabby, but could use more backbone.
  
  That said, this is an excellent choice if you're looking for a crowd pleasing Champagne at a non-exorbitant price.
