  January 15, 2020 - Classic Chianti Classico, bright acidity, loaded with cherry, chocolate-coated, and with savory notes. Medium tannin in balanced long finish. Improved over the course of the evening: decant before consumption. Excellent with tomatoe-based dished and pizza.
