  January 19, 2020 - A New World nose featuring muddled cherry and strawberry, black plum, cassis and rose petal. Medium bodied in weight with lush, moderate acid and long, barely grippy tannins that find great balance with each other. It delivers a nice juxtaposition of lighter cherry, strawberry, blood orange flavors that team up nicely with heavier tanned leather, dark chocolate and black tea notes. This is a serious wine that isn't taking itself too seriously. Drive over the next three years.
