  January 26, 2020 - Decanted 3 hrs. Huge difference on this one pre and post food. Pre was thin, dilute and just not that interesting, a few slices of a pancetta pizza (mozz, parsely and mint) and this was so much better. Really unique fruit profile, I could quite place it. Certainly not in the dark berry spectrum, red for sure, but it didn't have the spiciness one gets no was it strawberry either. It was darn good, I guess thats all that counts. I should look to getting more Rossi Ranch next go around!
