  January 26, 2020 - Delish! Was expecting a nice Cab and ended up having a great one.
  
  Aired for about an hour before tasting. Dark color; deep rich nose of dark berry, coffee, and a herbal note; Medium body with low to moderate acidity and tannis but not flabby; intense flavors of plum, berry, coffee, and toasty oak.
  
  Paired wonderfully with a bone-in roast but this is complex enough to be a fun cerebral sipper.
