  January 28, 2020 - Impressive Chablis character for the money on this lowly village wine. The nose is immediately appealing and quite expressive with clear and distinct notes of oyster liquor, kiwi, pear, under ripe peach, egg yolk, yogurt, and a touch of flinty reduction. The palate has the requisite searingly high acid and an impressively lengthy finish replaying much of the nose including oyster, yogurt, under ripe peach, and pear. Gotta grab more of this.
