  September 28, 2008 - This wine was decanted and continues to show well. This is the fourth time this wine has been tasted since release and it has shown exceptionally well on each occasion. The aromatics show chocolate, granite, spice, plum and raspberry notes. The color is dark ruby to purple. It is youthful and vibrant. The medium/full bodied palate shows excellent concentration and balance. The tannins provide grip on the finish without being overpowering. This should age well and compares favorably to the "05 VT.
