  February 1, 2020 - Notes after 30 minutes open, chilled to 48 deg. Mild aromas of beeswax and lemon chiffon. Very bright acidity and firm steel brace the palate for a tasty dose of tart fruit. I think time will help this relax and reveal more down the road. 4+10+15+8= 87
