  February 3, 2020 - Wow! What a seductive and intruiging nose. Fruity aromas of red cherries and strawberries, red flowers, perfumed, earthy tones, mushroom, quite a cool style. Highly concentrated, fine-grained tannins, high acidity, no unnotes and everything in impeccable balance. Silk in the mouth. 12,7% abv contributes to an elegant and cool styled pinot noir. If you're very strict it could have been a bit longer. This lives up to the hype and will become magical with 10-15 years in the basement. Beautiful achievement!
