  February 9, 2020 - Solid at first, but air brings out a lot of mineral and smoky depth on the nose and this turns into quite a compelling wine after being open a couple of hours. Ripe white fruit, nice minerality, and gentle oakiness all come together into a seamless whole, and the entire package is very easy to enjoy over dinner.
