  January 31, 2020 - Restrained aromatics showing fine oak notes, citric notes but also pineapple, fresh green herbs and even a hint of spices. Rocky minerality. Tons of fresh acidity on the palate and dry as a bone. Limited complexity, but the pieces fit together well. Not overly expressive with precision the main strength here. Wondering if maybe closed currently and best to revisit in 2024? Having said that, did pair with fresh oysters which was great.
