  February 14, 2020 - This bottle was something else. Perfectly matured and for my taste this is it, I can't imagine it getting significantly better than this. I'm officially calling this at peak level, now and a few years onward. Wonderful lemon notes, waxy mouthfeel and appearance, smoky minerality, almonds, rocks. The acidity is superbly balanced, still lots of energy and drive but also with smoothness and depth. Long aftertaste. Last bottle, pretty much a masterpiece in my book.
