  February 15, 2020 - After 5+ hours of air, the medium intensity nose put forth pear, lemon custard, minerals, and a touch of honey.
  
  In the mouth, this wine was ripe and round with firm acids and good length. The lemony notes increased with air. While it doesn't have the minerality of a Grand Cru, it is an impressive CA chard.
  
  While this is drinking, it might get a touch better. Only time will tell given the lack of a track record here.
