February 14, 2020 - Cellared since release in 2011, from 375: the cork isn’t very firmly inserted and there’s not much pop when it comes out. Not much mousse. Color is turning more gold/copper than rosé. The sherry and oxidation have taken over from the nice complexity present in the last bottle. Perhaps due to a less than perfect seal but happy that this was my last bottle.

2/16/20, 8:27 PM - A bottle 4 months ago with a tight-fitting cork was fine. And these were purchased 11 years ago. Could be a totally different story for more recent bottles.
