So if I understand, the second seem's to be fresher ? Like if the 1st one was lightly "heat damaged" or "cooked" ?

3/8/20, 1:08 PM - I don't think the wine was cooked, probably just a one off bottle. However, after looking at my '15 tasting notes I just realized that the La Poulosa was my least favorite of the Vizcaina from Perez. Not a bad wine, but I simply preferred the other bottlings.
