  February 18, 2020 - Decanted and served, it reached its height at about 35 minutes. Deep yellow, its initial aromas were of orange peel and orange oil, but by the two-hour mark there was almost no fragrance left at all.The flavor, on the other hand, was great right from the start and got better: complex, spicy and fascinating. The wine has very little acid, a lugubrious mouthfeel, and gives a sense of weight, substance and heft. Very long finish with many bitter elements.
