  February 22, 2020 - Lemon blossom, tennis ball, ripe apricot. Fine mousse. Dry with a bright acidity and a chalky attack. It has some fresh golden delicious apple, green plum, kumquat, along with notes of petrol. It finishes long and crisp.

  9/12/20, 11:48 AM - Sometimes I get slight notes of new rubber in Cava, almost like a new car tire, or a new garden hose. This one reminded me of when you open a can of tennis balls.
