  February 22, 2020 - If you took the 2014 vintage of this, and put it on steroids, you'd have this 2016 vintage. This will require some time laying down, but the stuffing is there to be fantastic in 5 to 8 years. This reminds me more of other higher priced Mt. Veeder Cabs - deep, dark fruit plus solid tannic structure, with hints of cedar, and made for the long haul. Quite a striking dark magenta color in the decanter. I like it a LOT right now, but can see this surpassing the '14 down the road. What a bargain!
