  February 19, 2020 - Beautiful golden yellow color, very evolved. Nice fizz in the glass, got better with more oxidation. Nose of candied apples, stones, gun flint reminiscent of white Ermitage wines. Dense on the palate, very lively yet a bit stern, ends on a note of brioche and long in the mouth. Lovely
