  February 28, 2020 - This is some absolutely superb wine. Crisp. Clean. Floral. Strawberry. Baking spices. This soft, elegant wine is a bit sweeter than one would expect from a CDP while also showing a soft, peppery finish. Flavors and scents of forest, tobacco, licorice, round out this wine. Best advice is to stay away from this for a few years. Let it come into itself, though it is hard to deny how wonderful it is already drinking.
