  March 2, 2020 - Pale straw, some petillant, watery rim @12% abv. Definite SB aromas; fresh cut grass, elderberry, notes of cat pee. Dry, high acidity (mouthwatering), medium(-) alcohol and medium body. Lively green vegetal palate lemon, gooseberry, thyme, with mineral notes. Good length, tightly packed and focused finish. Like it.
