  October 9, 2008 - My impressions are consistent with many of the previous notes. There are not, in my view, a lot of good domestic Chenin Blancs out there, but this is a nice everyday type of option. Perhaps the 20% Viognier adds complexity, but I found myself liking this unique blend. There is nothing particularly complex about this wine--it just has very nice peach and green apple notes on the nose and palate. I agree with the assessment that this is very slightly off-dry.
