March 13, 2020 - Really spectacular, the fizz complemented the body of the wine. The wine nose had stone with Meyer lemon, the palate had the minerality that everyone hopes to get, the acidity was at the perfect level so that that the bubbles doesn’t exasperate the acid. I can’t wait to buy the next vintage.
