March 14, 2020 - From 375 previously coravined. Of course not even close to being ready, but still so well balanced and utterly delicious that it doesn't seem a waste to drink it now. This port is rich, silky and concentrated with lots of acidity and tannins to support the huge fruit. The flavor descriptors seem to change with each sip. Found a dozen more 375s so that I can continue to drink it decades before its ready and watch its evolution. Still the best "young" VP I've ever tasted.

    Sante!
