  March 16, 2020 - Wow, I loved this wine, out of the bottle it almost looks like a rose it is so transparent, but the lack of color most certainly doesn't translate into a lack of flavor. I don't get the classic Piedmont Nebbiolo profile of roses & tar so much as a dusty red fruit profile, with tannins subdued but not MIA and the acid and fruit perfectly balanced for a thirst quenching quaff with some length.
  
  They should put a picture of this in the dictionary next to "Pizza wine."
