  March 18, 2020 - Dark ruby with minimal clearing at rim
  Medium aromas of black fruit with predominant meat/ smoke
  Medium/ thin palate - rather lackluster and primarily black fruit and pepper
  Medium plus coarse tannins on the gums with medium acidity and rather short finish
  I found this a bit atypical for the region and not the best example I've had
