March 6, 2020 - Northern Rhône Dinner (semi-blind) (AB' house, Keizersgracht Amsterdam): Another great Guigal; precision, power and elegance. Raspberries, ripe black cherries, some tar and multiple Asian spice notes in the nose. Concentration and elegance on the palate, smooth tannins so well integrated. Must have been harvested at perfect ripeness. Needs more time, not at peak yet - 95+ for now. Did very well with the grilled Skirt Wagyu!
