  March 26, 2020 - Lighter, pale color than expected. Very fine bubbles. Nose has canned sweet pear, lemon, chamomile, stone. Full palate, not old tasting in the slightest. Layers of toast, fresh apples, dried honey fruits, some waxiness, limestone, good acid. Rich, full energy persists in finish. This full bodied and developed sparkler paired better with the main duck course than the La Rioja Alta 904 it was served with.
