  March 28, 2020 - Serious cabernet, this one seems built to age, a few hours in the bottle brings out aromas of cedar, moss and blackberry, dark, rich, youthful oak waiting to integrate with the wonderfully textured mouthfeel, flavors of dark chocolate bark, tobacco, coal, blueberry and blackberry, big tannin and lower acid, shows restraint and understated power at the same time, great with rib-eye steak, there is structure for this baby to age for the next 15 years
