March 28, 2020 - Deep purple color. Muted nose. Medium body. Very primary, yet has a juiciness to it that balances the tannins and acidity. Dark fruit predominates. Revisit in 5 years.

4/9/20, 11:28 PM - I think so, and I have stocked 2000, 2009, 2010, 2015 and 2016. To me, Château Malartic-Lagravière is one of the better values among Bordeaux's classified growths and has a certain mineral elegance to it (for lack of better words) that I like. But it is also a matter of personal preference, of course.
