  March 29, 2020 - Fresh and smooth with a long finish. The legs are slow - the body light with medium acidity. Beautiful pale golden colour. No real hint of oak comes through. Aromas of mineral and stoniness with tastes of lime, stoniness and mineral. Paired it with a maple-glazed salmon.
  Overall nice wine - but not sure it's worth the price point.
