    March 30, 2020 - Pop 'n Pour. Med ruby.
Nose > Fresh, lively, luscious red, black & wild fruit. Tons of red & black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, wineberry, licorice, violet, whipped cream, lavender, wood-smoke & lilac.
Some earthy/meaty notes with spicy forest floor emerge with air.
Palate > Big luscious mouthful. Fruit driven & complex with underlying spice, smoke & herbs.
All the red, black & wild fruit from the nose, & adds a touch of dehydrated raspberry, sumac & cranberry.
Med/med+ acidity, some light tannin & stem spice.
A fruit driven, but complete wine. Great balance. Med/med+ intensity.
Aftertaste & finish is fruit & spice. Ready to Rock 'n Roll now, but will certainly hold.
I'm liking it's fresh, luscious, complex fruit for Now drinking.
