  April 8, 2020 - Very, very similar in mouthfeel and flavor profile to Quintessa's version 'Illumination'. Lots of green apple, white grapefruit on the nose and in the mouth. This is crisp with very well matched acidity. I think I've given the 'Illumination' plenty of 91's and 90's here and this is in the same ballpark in performance and price. Nice wine that goes great with a chicken Caeser salad with Persian Star artisinal garlic. Great match.
