  April 9, 2020 - Yellow in color without much nose either at room temp or chilled. Typical Clos du Bois blend... a bit of butter but enough acid to go with food. Not very complex with a little finish. It's very drinkable on it's own for cocktail time or with a mild seafood dish. It's not a wine for a special occasion but very nice at the price point.
