  April 10, 2020 - Kept very well. Still a bit tight from the bottle, so recommend a couple of hours air. Then it opens up beautifully with cherry, violet and hints of pepper and toasted hazelnut.
  
  Not near to being over the top, so I'll add a couple of years to the drinking window.
  
  Served with leg of lamb from the rotisserie and a potato/fennel-gratin.
