Great expectations to begin given its Second Growth status and a marquee Left Bank vintage. A little austere initially but with time in the glass it reveals a complex personality. Whilst it is a relatively young wine (it has many years ahead of it) it exudes a stylistic old-fashiondness. It doesn't quite have the length of Bleak House but it definitely has a more pleasant finish.
