  April 14, 2020 - Medium-dark garnet color, with aromas of dark fruit, dry brush, cinnamon and cedar box. Medium bodied with tannin that still has some soft teeth, flavors of black cherry cola, blackberry, and hints of blueberry, with black tea on the long finish. Bright acidity cuts through all the flavors and accentuates the finish... borderline to acidic, but pair it with food and not a problem.
