  October 20, 2008 - Served too cold at French Restaurant FOREST in Tokyo. When it got warmer, this revealed its excellent citrus aromas peared with maybe some slight apple notes. At YEN 178,000 (about EUR 130) definitely not a bargain but nevertheless very enjoyable. Mme Sauzet has never disappointed and 2004 seems to be an excellent vintage.
