  April 16, 2020 - Much more bright golden that the bronzed versions I am used to. Still has the spicy crystalized ginger and peach nose, but was so bright and fresh on the palate despite those same flavors coming through that it was delicious with an Asian-style caramelized sauce with dark meat chicken dish. A Gewurtz that is nice on it's own and pairs well without being overwhelming. Recommended and solid for 3+ years more.
