  April 18, 2020 - This bottle is more advanced than the last with more secondary characteristics. The primary flavors are giving way to more mellow melon and peach flavors. The core of salinity remains intact but does not dominate this bottle of wine. Glad I opened this bottle now. It may have prevented a disappointing premox experience a few years down the line.
