  April 18, 2020 - Decated 3 hours, Dark Chocolate, vanilla, roasted marshmallow on the nose. Medium deep Garnet, lighter side of full bodied, spice, rich ripe fruit, salted Carmel, cacao. Little longer than a minute finish with excellent after taste wet rocks, caramel from a creme brulee, and hints of vanilla.
  Consumed with artichokes and lemon mayo.
